Ace Foam

Ace Foam (Private) Limited is a manufacturer of polyurethane foam and bedding products. The company owns one of the largest continuous foam process making plant in Zimbabwe with the capacity to produce and process 185 tonnes of foam per month.

Ace Foam manufactures four key products which are:

Low density foam – which is used in pillows, sponges, upholstery and bedding
Medium density foam – which is used mainly for mattresses
High density foam – used mainly in the sofas or any high load bearing needs.
Rebond foam.
In addition the company processes foam to make value added products in the form of:

Foam mattresses
Folding foam mattresses
Bed base sets
Pillows & cushions
The raw foam rubber is manufactured primarily for the furniture manufacturing industry for inclusion in products such as lounge suites and beds. Most value added products are distributed to retailing shops throughout the country while some are sold directly to customers such as schools, hospitals and governments departments such as the army and the police.
